BEFORE YOU ORDER
Ask what’s available today.
Happy Pizza’s website introduces the business and its mobile van. It is not a live menu or online ordering service. A topping shown in a photo may not be available when you visit, and the site doesn’t display confirmed pizza sizes or prices.
Contact Paul for the current choices. If you have something specific in mind, ask about the base, sauce, cheese and toppings together. That gives you a clearer answer than asking only for a pizza’s name.
Check the practical details.
- Confirm the van’s location and serving time before travelling.
- Ask how to place an order and which payment methods are accepted.
- Check the price of your chosen pizza and any changes you are requesting.
- If ordering for several people, ask what is available and how to arrange it.
None of these questions assumes delivery, online payment, a permanent collection point or a fixed turnaround time. The van is mobile; speak to Paul about the arrangements for that service.
Be specific about dietary requirements.
Tell Paul whether you are asking about a preference, an allergy, an intolerance or coeliac disease. Ask about the full ingredients and how the food is prepared, including shared equipment and the possibility of cross-contact. Don’t assume removing a topping makes a pizza suitable.
A vegan description is not an assurance that food is free from milk or other allergens. Recipes and ingredients can change, so ask again when ordering. The GOV.UK guidance on eating out with a food allergy is a useful starting point.
We haven’t published a verified allergen matrix or confirmed gluten-free, dairy-free or vegan options for Happy Pizza. This guide is not an allergen declaration and cannot confirm that any item is suitable for you. Get a clear answer from Paul before deciding what to order.
A photo is an introduction, not a menu.
The pizza page shows a real pizza photographed by Paul. Our wood-fired guide shows the real oven. The homepage’s illustrative hero is labelled “pizza inspiration”; it shouldn’t be used to identify ingredients, sizes or available toppings.
Planning ahead for a group?
Start with the pizza van enquiry checklist. Share the date, location, approximate numbers and relevant food questions. Paul will need to discuss availability and suitability before arrangements are agreed.
