A closer look at the crust.
In Paul’s pizza photograph, you’ll see a golden edge with darker patches, cheese and mixed toppings. It’s an example of a pizza he has photographed, not a promise that those exact toppings are on today’s menu. Ask Paul what he is making when you plan to visit.
Photographs can show colour and texture, but they cannot tell you the ingredients or whether a pizza suits a dietary requirement. Our menu and dietary questions guide explains what to check directly.
Wood-fired isn’t a recipe.
You may see words such as Neapolitan, sourdough or long-fermented alongside wood-fired pizza elsewhere. They describe different things. We haven’t published a dough fermentation time, a particular regional style or an oven temperature because those details haven’t been confirmed for Happy Pizza.
The useful question is simple: “What is your pizza like, and what’s available today?” Paul can talk you through the current choices and prices. If you have a preference for a topping or want to know about the base, include it in that conversation.
From the van to your next slice.
Happy Pizza is based in Worsley and serves from a mobile van. A mobile business’s location can change, so check where to find the van before setting off. This site doesn’t take food orders or payments.
