1. Start with the date and time.
Give your preferred date, when you would like food served and whether either can move. If the gathering has a fixed timetable, describe the available serving window. Arrival, preparation and departure arrangements are separate questions to agree with Paul.
2. Describe the location and access.
Share the town and venue. If you know about a narrow entrance, parking restrictions or a limited place to stand, mention it. Ask the venue whether it permits a food van and what information it needs from the operator.
Do not guess the van’s dimensions, power needs, clearance or setup requirements from a photograph. Paul and the venue need to confirm those details for the actual site. Worsley is our stated base; other locations are enquiries, not a published service-area promise.
3. Give a useful estimate of guests.
An approximate headcount is helpful even if it may change. Say whether people will arrive together or at different times, and whether pizza is the main meal or part of a wider food plan. Ask Paul how those plans affect the menu, serving arrangements and quote.
4. Ask about the food and price together.
Check the available pizza choices, sizes, how food would be served and what the quote includes. Ask about any minimum charge, travel or setup cost, payment arrangements and cancellation terms before agreeing to anything. This website doesn’t publish or imply those terms.
For allergies or dietary needs, read what to ask about ingredients and preparation. Discuss requirements directly before making food arrangements.
5. Confirm the details directly.
Keep the agreed date, location, timings, food choices and price together in writing. Sending a message or opening an email draft on this site is not a confirmed booking.
Our enquiry builder puts the essentials into an email draft for you to review and send. Or call 07544 926553 to speak to Paul.
